The Open Box of Opportunity Program is designed to create a holistic pathway to success for justice-impacted individuals and underserved communities. While we partner with corporations and community organizations to streamline access to essential services — like identification, housing, employment, and support systems — Ex-Box goes further by directly providing job opportunities, developing affordable housing units, and leading tech/manufacturing initiatives that repurpose cardboard into sustainable products.
By combining workforce creation with sustainable housing and innovation, Ex-Box builds an ecosystem that not only reduces recidivism but also equips individuals with the tools and opportunities to thrive in an ever-growing industry. Our intention is to set our community up for true, long-term success through opportunity, empowerment, and sustainability.

Our Assist the Future Program, believes basketball is more than just a game — it’s a powerful tool that unites people from all walks of life, teaching lessons of growth, teamwork, and resilience. Just like life, the court offers opportunities to learn from our mistakes and come back stronger. Our mission is to provide underprivileged youth in the Valley of the Sun with equal access to the game they love, free from financial barriers. We are committed to creating a space where every child can play, grow, and thrive — on and off the court. Through basketball, we aim to build a stronger, more connected community, one assist at a time.
